Our Design and Engineering team plans the entire process—from simulation and mold design to final quality control—for products requiring standard or custom production that are suitable for metal forming, and presents these plans to our clients. This transparency and open communication make our collaborations with all our clients highly productive.

What Is Hot Forging Simulation?

Hot forging simulation is the process of evaluating the shaping of metals such as steel at high temperatures using numerical modeling and analysis tools. These simulations are used to predict potential issues—such as deformation, cracking, and die wear—that may arise on the production line and to optimize production parameters.

Objectives of the Simulation

  • Mold design optimization: The suitability of the mold geometry for material flow is tested.
  • Material flow analysis: The movement of metal within the mold during forging is modeled.
  • Stress and temperature distribution: Internal stresses and the temperature profile on the part are analyzed.
  • Prevention of production defects: Defects such as cracking, tearing, and incomplete filling are identified in advance through simulation.
  • Energy and time savings: Production can proceed with the correct parameters without the need for trial runs.

Hot Forging

Our company currently operates seven hot forging lines. Using eccentric, friction, and hydraulic presses of various sizes, we serve our customers without compromising on the National Occupational Standard. In these sectors, parts produced via hot forging offer high performance, long service life, and durability under demanding conditions. Cold Forging

Our cold forging production line is currently in the planning phase for the end of 2025. We will share updates on developments in this area with our valued customers via our website.

Machining

Using the CNC lathes and sliding automatic machines in our machining facility, we manufacture products for our customers in the most advantageous way possible, utilizing the right technologies without ever compromising on quality. Our engineering team offers solutions that give our customers a competitive edge by striking the right balance between machining and hot/cold forging.

TS EN ISO 13918

This standard covers the critical dimensions of studs and ceramic sleeves used in stud arc welding. The range of stud types covered by this standard is applicable to common applications. Types not included herein may be specified when required for special applications. This standard is applicable to all sectors of the metal fastening industry.
